Modern double glazing helps reduce heat loss through the window, keeping homes warmer in winter and cooler in summer. When combined with our Sheerline Classic and Prestige aluminium systems, double glazing can achieve 1.4 W/(m²K) depending on specification.
All sealed units are manufactured in the UK using an insulated softcoat pane, argon gas and warm edge spacer technology designed for clarity, strength and long-term performance.
High‑performance triple glazed windows
or improved insulation and enhanced energy efficiency, triple glazing offers an upgraded performance option compared to standard double glazing.
When specified with our Sheerline aluminium window systems, triple glazed units can achieve U-values as low as approximately 1.0 W/(m²K) depending on configuration and system choice. This makes triple glazing ideal for homeowners looking to improve thermal performance, reduce heat loss and increase overall comfort.
Triple glazing also offers improved acoustic performance, helping to reduce external noise in busier locations.
Traditional leaded uPVC and aluminium windows
Leaded windows are a popular choice across Norfolk and Suffolk, particularly for period and traditional properties. We offer a wide range of leaded windows and doors, including grid, border, and Queen Anne designs. We also manufacture bespoke leaded double glazed units to your specification, including designs created from photographs. Our decorative glass options are suitable for both replacement windows and new installations.
Georgian‑style windows with mounted bars
Our aluminium windows can be fitted with a range of Georgian and feature bar designs to replicate traditional multi-pane glazing or add architectural detail to modern homes.
We offer 25mm flat bars, 40mm flat bars, and 40mm stepped Georgian bars, allowing you to choose the level of detail and style that best suits your property.
Unlike simple internal grid designs, the system uses a dual-bar construction: a decorative bar is mounted to the external face of the glass, while a concealed internal spacer bar is incorporated within the sealed unit. This creates the appearance of individual panes of glass, while maintaining the thermal efficiency, durability and performance of modern double or triple glazing.
Low‑maintenance Internal Georgian bar windows
Internal Georgian bars are a cost-effective way to achieve the classic Georgian window look. The grid is sealed between the panes of glass within the double glazed unit.
Because the bars are internal, the glass surface remains flat, making the windows easier to clean and maintain.
Integral blinds within double glazed units
Integral blinds are fitted within the sealed glass unit, providing a practical and low-maintenance shading solution.
They can be operated manually using a magnetic slider or electrically for added convenience. Integral blinds are ideal for bifold doors and French doors, where traditional blinds can be difficult to fit, prone to damage, and of course you don’t need to clean them because they’re inside the unit.
