Using welded joints, we ensure that the frames of our Charisma Rose windows are strong and durable. Combined with high quality uPVC, we offer secure sash windows.

Astragal Bars

Charisma Rose features sculpted ovolo-detailed astragal bars, both internal and external. Your customers can choose from Georgian, Edwardian, or Victorian styles, or even opt for a completely bespoke layout.

60mm Midrail

Using a 60mm midrail, our Charisma Rose sash windows offer a contemporary look, making them the perfect choice for more modern projects, such new builds.

Ovolo Detailing

We incorporate a number of traditional design elements into our Charisma Rose sash windows, including Ovolo sightlines, despite using modern manufacturing techniques.

Balances & Gaskets

We use the same premium quality balances on our Charisma Rose sash windows as we do on our Heritage Rose and Ultimate Rose models. The gaskets are black.

Ultimate Rose

Eclipse Trickle Vent

Our newest optional feature, Eclipse, is a two-part hood system that replaces the external trickle vent hood with a foil-matched aluminium cover and separate flyscreen, both of which run the full width of the window. Eclipse attaches directly to the top of the window frame without adding any height.

Authentic Joints

Constructed using traditional methods you’d find in a joinery-built timber window, the Ultimate Rose sash window can achieve what no other can. They have true end-sealed mechanical joints for perfect period authenticity.

Seamless Midrail

At just 35mm, the midrail of the Ultimate Rose is as slim as you can get. This helps to create a sleek, seamless appearance to the exterior of the window.

Chamber Cover

Unique to Ultimate Rose, the optional chamber cover conceals the external balance chambers to add an extra level of detail. This creates a cleaner, more timber-like finish, enhancing the traditional appearance you can’t get on any other uPVC sash window.

Deep Cill

For genuine authenticity, our Ultimate Rose sash window features an optional deep cill, reflecting traditional styles and aesthetics. This design also effectively prevents excess rainwater from collecting at the bottom of the window.

Removable Staff Bead

Our Ultimate Rose sash window achieves clean lines with our staff bead option. This can also be removed to allow for tilt functionality and easy cleaning.

This hardware option manages to help our Ultimate Rose windows achieve even greater levels of timber aesthetics. Our range of globe furniture can be finished in an array of high quality colour finishes, with something for every project.

Authentic Astragal Bars

Astragal bars are a staple of traditional windows. They are are secured to aluminium carrier bars. We use exclusive fine-profile astragal bars that are designed to be just like the glazing bars found on an original timber sash window. And we attach them using full length aluminium carrier bars, not just clips and tape.

Ultimate Rose offers the widest choice, including Smooth White, White Woodgrain, Cream Woodgrain, Crystal White, Chalk White, Anthracite Grey, Quartz Grey, Pebble Grey, Agate Grey and Black (VLF).

Charisma Rose is available in Smooth White, White Woodgrain, Cream, Chartwell Green, Anthracite Grey and Black Brown.

Many of the finishes have a realistic timber-effect texture, helping to recreate the appearance of traditional painted timber sash windows while offering the low maintenance benefits of modern uPVC.

Options

Energy‑efficiency

Both our Ultimate Rose and Charisma Rose windows boast a window efficiency rating of A, with a U-Value of 1.5 as standard, and an optional glass upgrade to achieve a U-Value of 1.4.

The Ultimate Rose window can optionally be upgraded to achieve a U-Value of 1.2.

Astragal Bars

Astragal bars are an important feature of traditional Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian sash windows, helping recreate the appearance of individual panes of glass.

Our Roseview sliding sash windows use back-to-back duplex bars within the sealed unit, combined with external bars, to create an authentic multi-pane appearance while maintaining modern glazing performance.

Ultimate Rose and Heritage-style windows feature traditional chamfered external bars with detailed internal finishes, while Charisma Rose uses cottage-style ovolo bars inside and out.

Unlike simple clip and tape alternatives, our astragal bars use full-length aluminium carrier bars for improved strength, durability and a high-quality finish.

Ultimate Rose Sash Horns

Sash horns are a traditional feature of timber sash windows, originally designed to strengthen the joint between the sash rails. They are a key detail found on many Victorian and Edwardian properties.

With Ultimate Rose, you can choose from a range of authentic sash horn designs to help match the character of your home, including traditional curved horn details and more subtle contemporary options

Charisma Sash Horns
